# Tenant overview dashboard

> Read your Microsoft 365 tenant at a glance: user and license totals, sharing settings and links, workspace sensitivity, and inactive workspaces.

The overview is the first page you see after signing in. It pairs the full picture of each area of your tenant with the exceptions worth acting on, so you can understand the state of your tenant in a few seconds.

## Tenant KPIs

The strip at the top shows total users, active users, guests, total workspaces, and monthly cost, each with a 7-day change.

## Users and membership

A stacked bar chart shows members, guests, and blocked accounts over the last twelve months. Hover over a month to see its counts.

## License insights

Shows utilization per license SKU and the cost of unused seats, so you see the money involved and not only the seat count. A renewal rail lists licenses that expire in the next 30, 60, and 90 days.

## Sharing

* **Org-level sharing settings** mirror your tenant's external sharing configuration for SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Each setting has a short explanation and a link to the matching Microsoft 365 admin center.
* **Sharing links** show counts and a 14-day trend for anonymous, company-wide, and specific-people links across the tenant. For the full list, open the [Sharing links report](/reports/library#sharing-and-access).

## Workspace sensitivity

Shows how many workspaces carry each sensitivity label: Unlabelled, Public, General, Confidential, and Highly Confidential. Click **Label now** on an unlabelled row to apply a label.

## Inactive workspaces

Lists the five workspaces that have been inactive the longest. Click **Review now** to add a workspace to the [Workspaces review queue](/lifecycle/review-queues).

## Quick links

Tiles at the bottom open **Users**, **Workspaces**, **Security**, **Reports**, and **Lifecycle**, so you can reach each area without learning the sidebar first.
