# Reports library: SharePoint, sharing, identity, and licenses

> Browse 21 CtrlConnect reports on SharePoint sites, sharing and permissions, identity and access, and license spend, then filter, export, and share them.

The reports library lists every CtrlConnect report. Open it from **Reports** > **Library**, then click a report card to open it.

## SharePoint

| Report | What it answers |
| - | - |
| **Inactive workspaces** | Which sites have had no meaningful activity recently and are candidates for archiving, owner review, or reactivation. |
| **Pending archiving sites** | Which sites are approved for archiving but not archived yet, so nothing gets lost between approval and action. |
| **Archived sites** | Every archived site, with its retention window, last access, and how to restore it. |
| **Deleted sites** | Recently deleted sites, with retention status, what can still be recovered, and when they were deleted. |

## Sharing and access

| Report | What it answers |
| - | - |
| **Permissions matrix** | Who has access to the selected sites, at what level, and whether access is direct, inherited from a group, or through a link. |
| **Unique permissions** | Which folders and files in the selected sites break permission inheritance. |
| **Sharing links** | Every external and anonymous sharing link, with expiration and who it reaches. |
| **Externally shared content** | Every file and folder shared with people outside your tenant, with recipient, link type, and how long it has been exposed. |
| **OneDrive oversharing** | Which users share OneDrive content with a large number of recipients. |

## Identity and access

| Report | What it answers |
| - | - |
| **User access** | What each user can see across SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, and through which membership. |
| **Privileged access** | Every user with an elevated role, such as Global Admin, SharePoint Admin, Teams Admin, or Exchange Admin, with last activity and risk score. |
| **Guest users** | Every external account, with domain, sponsor, last sign-in, and what it can access. |
| **Pending guest invitations** | Guest invitations older than 180 days that were never accepted. |
| **MFA compliance** | Multi-factor authentication coverage across admins, members, and guests, with gaps and risk scores. |
| **Inactive users** | Accounts with no sign-in within your policy window, for license reclamation, offboarding, or access review. |

## Licensing

| Report | What it answers |
| - | - |
| **Licenses overview** | Tenant-wide license utilization, renewals, cost trends, and savings opportunities. |
| **Licenses & users** | Assigned and available licenses, with each user's licenses and cost. |
| **Licenses distribution** | Which departments use which licenses, and where you have spare seats. |
| **Inactive licenses** | Licenses held by users who stopped signing in, with the cost of each seat you could reclaim. |

## Compliance

| Report | What it answers |
| - | - |
| **Unclassified sites** | Sites without a sensitivity label, with links to fix them. |
| **Missing site description** | Sites without a description, which hurts discoverability and automation. |

## Work with a report

Every report uses the same layout:

* **Quick filters** at the top for the most common cuts, such as date range, status, owner, or sensitivity.
* **A table** with sorting, multi-column sorting, and per-column filters.
* **Row actions**: **Open in M365**, **Open in review portal**, **Add to lifecycle review**, **Exclude from reviews**, and **Copy ID**.

## Export and share

* **Export** the current view to CSV or JSON. The export uses your active filters.
* **Share a link** to the current view. CtrlConnect creates a short link that keeps your filters, sort, and view, so the person you send it to sees the same results.
