# Schedule recurring report delivery

> Deliver any CtrlConnect report on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule as CSV, Excel, or PDF, run it on demand, and manage recipients and owners.

Scheduled reports send a report to a list of recipients on a regular schedule. Open them from **Reports** > **Scheduled**.

Each row shows the schedule name, source report, schedule, recipients, last run, next run, status, and owner.

## Edit a schedule

Open a schedule to change:

* **Cadence**: daily, weekly, or monthly.
* **Recipients**: pick users, groups, or external email addresses, or use a preset such as **Admins**, **Workspace owners**, or **IT leadership**.
* **Format**: CSV, Excel, or PDF.
* **Time zone**: the time zone the schedule runs in.

## Run a report now

To send a fresh copy outside the normal schedule, for example at the start of a review cycle:

**1. Open the run dialog**

Click **Run** on the schedule row.

**2. Set the options**

Choose a date range. Optionally, send it to different recipients for this run only.

**3. Send it**

Confirm to run the report and send it.

## Disable or delete a schedule

Disabling a schedule, deleting it, or changing its owner asks for confirmation. Recipients are not told when a schedule stops, so check before you disable one.

> [!NOTE]
>
> CtrlConnect keeps scheduled report output for 90 days. Files delivered to recipients stay wherever they were sent.
